Maya MEL Script: Export/Import/Apply Animation

This script will export/import/apply animation data. It's based on the workflow of having a character rig referenced into an animation scene. The animator can then export animation. The lighter can pick from the list which characters they need to bring in. It'll reference in the character rig and apply the animation or update current rigs. Can also apply animation to similar characters or within the same scene.
Features:
~ export/import/apply animation data.
~ specific frame range.
~ create animSet (selection set containing objects to be baked).
~ auto version up on export -- set current version.
